PALLETISING

Apac offers a wide range of fully automatic Palletising machines custom designed and manufactured to suit any requirement. Ease of operation and gentle handling, even at high speed are key design features which will be found on all Apac palletisers.

Fully automatic Palletisers. Single or Multiline machines with capacity ranging from 30 to 100+ packs per minute.
"Pick and Place" palletising systems.
Machinery modifications and optional equipment including built in Strapping machine, Layer sheet dispenser, Empty pallet dispenser etc.

  • Unit load forming (with or without sheets)
Pick and Place
  • Ideal machine for palletising or depalletising:
  • Bottles, cans or cases, in any formation from single items to complete layers
  • Speed: up to 5 layers per minute
  • Maximum lifting weight: 250Kg
  • Maximum pallet size: 1200mm x 1000mm
  • Teach facility for installing or modifying pallet patterns
